Why should you do Exercise ?
- Exercise has become the necessity of today's life due to the comfort technology provides us. Our body has not been designed for this comfort. Too much comfort in life cause obstruction in the basic activities of the body.
- Physical activity is necessary to stimulate the body's own natural maintenance and repair system.
What would happen to me if I don't exercise at all ?
Coronary Heart Disease, strokes, high blood pressure, breathlessness, flabby body, little energy, stiff joints, osteoporosis, poor posture, overweight.
What are the benefits of doing exercise ?
Doing exercise keeps your body healthy in the following ways:
- Improve your sexual health
- Improve your sleep
- Improve your mental health and mood
- Help you control your weight
- Builds self confidence
- Feel more energetic and happy
How can I make exercise a part of my regular routine?
- Make everyday activities more active. Even small changes can help. You can take the stairs instead of the elevator, You can wake up early and do some yoga and stretching or go outside for jogging . Make sure in the beginning you need to push your body through your mind only later your body will automatically adapt to that load. So at first learn to challenge your mental strength.
- Be active with friends and family. Having a workout partner may make you more likely to enjoy exercise. You can also plan social activities that involve exercise. You might also consider joining an exercise group or class, such as a dance class, hiking club, or volleyball team.
- Keep track of your progress. Keeping a log of your current fitness level like how much push ups you can do, how many skipping you can do in one go and set a practically easily achievable goal according to your current fitness level and keep pushing yourself to be better everyday.
- Make exercise more fun. Try listening to music or watching TV while you exercise. Also, mix things up a little bit - if you stick with just one type of exercise, you might get bored. Try doing a combination of activities. You can do gymnastics, yoga, calisthenics, weight training, running, dancing etc, make any combinations out of them and practice on daily basis.
- Find activities that you can do even when the weather is bad. Develop a habit of seeking a sporty activity in any situation. It will not only keep your energy levels high but also enables you to deeply understand yourself of how much resistant you are, how much you are honest with your commitments.
